GRACIA FLOORS KHARAR, GREATER MOHALI - OVERVIEW
GBM Gracia Floors is a Punjab Govt. Approved Project [Memo No. CTP(LG)-2010-251] . GBM Gracia Floors are located on NH-21 Chandigarh Ropar Highway, Kharar, Greater Mohali, Punjab. The exact location of the project is Chandigarh-Ropar Road NH-21. It is 2 kilometers away from the Kharar bus stand towards Ropar. This area is the Educational hub as colleges like Rayat and Bahra, Doaba Engineering College are on the nearby location. Rayat and Bahara deemed medical university is also coming up beside the project. Although an express Highway from sector 39 Chandigarh is also coming up in the near future which will connect the project with Chandigarh at the distance of 5kms approximately.
Punjab Government has also dedicated the Baddi-Siswan road to the public, hundreds of commuters travelling daily between Chandigarh and the Baddi-Barotiwala-Nalagarh Industrial Area (BBNIA) will have a shorter journey as the distance will be reduced by as much as 30 km.
